Kerr Lakeside Inc. is proud to announce our latest capital expenditure as we¹ve ordered a new LeanFX14M cold header from National Machinery located in Tiffin, Ohio. This piece of equipment will be paired with a thread roller that is also manufactured by National Machinery. Both pieces of equipment are scheduled to be delivered before the end of 2015, and will be manufacturing quality product soon thereafter.
The LeanFX is the latest generation of the FORMAX family and combines the high performance standards of FORMAX with the ease of operation and competitive pricing demanded by today’s domestic manufacturers in a world of globalization.
In addition to increasing our overall mid-diameter manufacturing capacity for our staple socket screw lines, this new acquisition will allow us to entertain more mid-diameter cold formed specials also.
