Founded in 1948 by the late Charles L. Kerr, the company remains a family run institution that is now managed by the third and fourth generations. Under the guidance of the late Richard W. Kerr, who worked at Kerr Lakeside from 1949 to 2014, the company diversified from its early beginnings as a small hand screw machine and secondary operation facility to a manufacturer capable of many part configurations on its over 100 pieces of manufacturing equipment. Under the current leadership of CEO, Charles L. Kerr II, Kerr Lakeside has grown by setting the standard in producing quality products that other manufacturers could not deliver. In our 150,000 square foot manufacturing facility, our dedicated employees, with over 1,300 years of collective experience, produce the highest quality fasteners available today.
Quality products and quick delivery of in-stock standard items are the hallmarks of Kerr Lakeside. We inspect parts both in-process and prior to shipment. In-stock items are shipped the same day as the order is received. Kerr Lakeside maintains an ISO 9001-2015 certification and operates an in house testing laboratory accredited by A2LA (Certificate # 0159.01) to ISO-17025-2017.
