Primary Responsibilities:
- Print and send invoices to customers daily.
- Coordinate sales orders with invoices.
- File completed orders.
- Answer incoming calls.
- Data entry of customer purchase orders.
- Create Package Stock Replenishment (PSR) for Special Customers
- Follow up with customers regarding orders, complaints, etc.
- Works with sales representatives to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Receives and participates in the resolution of customer complaints.
- Coordinates timely shipment of orders by interacting with the Warehouse Supervisor.
- Coordinates returning of goods and corrective action.
- Call Kerr Lakeside customers for payment when credit limits have exceeded their established credit limit or are in excess of 30 days.
- Age receivables daily in PLEX.
- Run Balance of Overdue Accounts Report – KERR
- Advise Sales Manager of adjustments that have to be made to a customer’s account.
- Record daily phone log of collection calls in PLEX.
- Apply adjustments in PLEX (debit/credit memos and account balances) when necessary. Run adjustment report.
- Take phone calls from customers who may need an invoice, delivery receipt, etc. emailed to them. Answer any questions – Daily.
- Communicate with Sales Manager and Plant Manager as to customer’s account status – why they are on hold, place them on hold, remove the hold, etc.
- Communicate with the Shipping Department regarding customers on credit hold.
- Follow up on problem accounts.
Periodic Responsibilities:
- Undertakes special assignments as required to assure satisfactory order handling.
- File Screw Machine and Cold Headed Specials quotes in Main Building

Qualifications:
- Education/Experience
- High School Diploma
- Communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret documents.
